Anna Gulyavskaya
Anna Gulyavskaya moved to Baltimore, Maryland in 2009, when she started working towards her undergraduate degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Anna received her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art in 2013, and started her early career working as a freelance artist and a children’s art instructor. Eventually, Anna landed a job at the American Visionary Art Museum, where she did everything from art administration and graphic design, to planning public programming and performing curatorial duties. In 2018, Anna bought her first home in Westminster, Maryland, and decided to follow her dream of starting a micro-farm that focused on regenerative farming processes and polyculture. Today, Anna continues her work on the farm and can be found selling her produce and eggs at various farmers’ markets across Maryland. Anna has recently started additional work as a Program Facilitator for InDiGo, where she hopes to share creative thinking strategies, gardening know-how, and enthusiasm for the outdoors with her students.
